My brothers and I went to Washington, D.C. last week. We had some problems during our trip. First, our flight was canceled. We got onto a different flight and arrived very late. We went to our hotel. The nonsmoking rooms were taken, so we got a smoking room. The room was filled with a smoky smell. We tried to watch TV, but the TV was broken. We went to sleep. In the morning we were woken (up) by a noisy family in the next room.
